Today is my 36th birthday and yesterday I ran and finished my second ultra, the Naked Bavarian 40 miler trail run.  The day before that I completed my goal of raising $5,000 for Covenant House PA. To say this has been the best birthday ever would be an understatement.  I can do hard things and it feels fucking awesome.  Happy Birthday to me.
